Player community
« on: February 02, 2012, 07:34:26 pm »
I dont understand how people are going to make guilds when in-game players dont even respond to simple questions.  This game really lacks community which reminds me of other korean based games.  Just a little rant on the lack of community not looking for internet buddies just the occasional quest help.

Most people are playing in a group and soon as you join a group it auto shows party chat, Most of the people are unable to see your chat because they are looking at party chat. You would like to have someone to play with add me -> Mata  I do have teamspeak3 64.34.202.140:10607

also don't forget to /shout else your words only get seen in the local map you are on [e.g. Heaven Island]

He that cannot reason is a fool.
He that will not is a bigot.
He that dare not is a slave.

I've noticed the same, actually.  The first night I played, there was some /y talking.  Questions asked and answered, groups running, etc.   Seemed like a good time.  Everytime I've been on since...  the channel is dead.   I've noticed the past few times I've been in chat-4, and I swear that somewhere is an option to change it, but can't remember at this time.   Can you switch, and if so, how?

-edit-
Thought I found it, but its only for the instanced hub... Can you change the channel as well?
-end edit-

Yeah, how dare someone else have a negative experience and post about it.

In the top-right corner of the screen, there should be a "change map" button, which will let you change channels.  I assume that you can only see shouting on your current channel.  Not sure about whispers and/or guild chat, still guildless and friendless =P
