Game freezes and crashes when i try to start it...

Hello Everybody,

i would play your game, but it won't wanne play with me.

When i try to start the game, the game freezes and crashes...
Nothing else. I tried to set the compatibilitymode to WinXP SP3 but it still not work.
The Updater runs normaly and update himself... but the game on his own will not...


What can i do...?

I really wanne play this game... i loved Diablo and other Hack'n'Slay - Games...

sorry for this anoying question but did you try reinstall the game, and if so was it a fresh download.

oh that is okay... i wrote to get an answer... there it is

ok.. i tried to reinstall but it still dont work in win7.

Now i have changed to winxp... because of performance problems... you will dont believe it, but it works....
so this issue is solved.

If anyone can help me, the same happening to me I already re-install and persist the problem...
It's my first time to try this game I already installed after I try to click Game Start nothing happends I used with Google Chrome, I already tried with Internet Explorer too and won't let me to open the website says storageOnError and I use Windows XP.
