I agree with several comment that Bobcat has made in recent weeks, and here are my thoughts on the matte, like em' or not

A content update and a level cap increase isn't going to save Mythos now. For what imo the following reasons:
[shout me down for being sour/negative, but stop and think, and in the end you know I'm right]
Look at what is left of the community and the tiny number of high levels still playing.
Take into account the kind of comments that are occasionally made over on other Fora [Runic for example]
[here people are very much aware of the existence of Mythos Global, but also of the opinion that it isn't worth the effort and is dead in the water]
When the content update arrives, there will still be the same flaws in the game that there are now, just more of it to play, that's all.
Reducing the cash shop prices?. Hmm, well I think the bigger issue is who will be willing [other than a few] to spend cash in a game that there is little confidence that it will be there in a few months time.
Stamina, I've always thought that this only really affects the more hardcore/dedicated players. Not the high turnover, come and go, casual players that are the bread and butter that keeps a game like this alive.
Like it or not, the big two threats to Mythos are now upon us, D3 in a couple of weeks, and TL2 in a couple of months.
Be honest, how may of you have pre-purchased one, the other, or both [I know I have]
The question then is, will T3 keep this going when it gets REALLY quiet, while everyone is off playing the new games?
