Played mythos while with flagship..

Just wondering how the game is now?  Is it worth picking up?  Is it here to stay?   What do you all think?

Honest answer, No and Probably not.

dont scare away new folks^^

but yes, unfortunately there's some truth in it => meaning bad customer support, no news, no game patches.

BUT, besides that, Mythos can actually be still a lot of fun, if you give it a chance.

After all, it's free to play, and if you haven't been around since the original FSS beta,

there's a lot of new things to discover ingame.

Yes, at first the old players were disappointed because it was quite different than the original version, when they finally got to try out the new version after the long wait was over,

BUT, as said, it's still a decent hack & slash action RPG, with lots of interesting/convenient  online/MP specific features.

there still aren't many alternatives, if you enjoy H&S ARPGs like Diablo, Sacred or Titan Quest - but wish to play with other people online, preferrably closed net servers.

So, feel free to download the client and check it out!

Imho it IS still worth it, although it's very unstable times and no one knows for how long it will still be around.

So thats just another reason to check it out, before it's gone, again (which I hope won't happen, but know might happen anyway)

Bobcat is right. Don't scare new people away Autypasty. You're not helping the game. We should encourage new players to try it and be active. It will benefit everyone.

Simply expressing an honest opinion, in reply to a question.
I'll be the first to get behind any resurgence of this incarnation of Mythos, if and when something positive is forthcoming from the current publisher.
