Anyone still playing on Mythos Russia? (good bye Global)

Hi there,

well, decided it was time for a change,

so for the time being, I temporarily moved from Mythos Global to Mythos Russia.

Why?

• you can also play with an english client,
• it already has zone 4,
• the Cash Shop is much cheaper. (still kinda expensive though, but a lot more reasonable than over here)
• and it's not using the web launcher! just start Mythos from your desktop and fill in your account name and PW like on Mythos Europe

so, if anyone's still playing there, or deciding to move, let me know & PM me..

PS:

I do intend to come back to Mythos Global, but not before zone 4,
and not before we get similar items on our CS like russia has, and not before they lower prices a LOT.

PPS: I've heard there was a english guild after Mythos Europe was shut  down and Mythos Global got released.. but it's most likely abandoned now?
anyways, I asked on their russian forum, there's a small sub-section for english speaking players (inactive/abandoned however)
also, I found another guild named Black Lotus, they seem to be fine with inviting non-russian speaking players..

hmm nope, no problems like that over here..


can start and launch russian client without probs, server status now is 'normal'

..only saw this happening either when there were issues with my firewall,
or when downloading stuff in the background, stressing my connection..

sometimes also after maintenance, when servers go online again, takes a few minutes..

Hey guys

Some things to bear in mind about the RU server.

1. Whilst the community is still reasonably active, there hasn't been a patch [or even a weekly maintenance reset] for nearly 2 months.
2. Those Russian guys just love their PvP, and some of them are pretty good at it. Don't expect to rack up those Lamento points as fast as you did here
3. Finally, take care how you talk/post about RU here, got me banned from this very forum early on, took a bit of a promise on my part to get re-instated.

Black Lotus - Top guild
Nevermore - #3


Players to look out for

Persons - Leader of 'Nevermore', THE pyro on the server [hey Raz ] - not seen for ages, may have quit idk
Movrik - Leader of 'Black Lotus' - Good BL, helped me run Ard, nice guy, english isn't too good, but he will help is you ask

Tisay - Another powerful BL
FoxKids - Was the top dog PvPer, currently seems to be a BL summoner, fully gemmed afaik
Pavl - Helped me early on when levelling in LOD

Had no trouble to connect till today..
Now the server is normal, but after the secondary password , get some server error...

darn it, oh why...

personally, I feel I could finally spend a few dollars for Mythos,

but while Mythos Global has not enough interesting items yet, and those they have are too expensive,
Mythos Russia has those cool item packages, and at a more moderate price.

So, since I played mythos since 2007, but never spent a single dollar (because there wasnt anything I would want to by, and if, too expensive),

I went over to Mythos Russia and purchased 200 coins via PayPal.

warning! do not buy items via PayPal and that Xsolla - 2Pay service!

the first time , I always got error messages, then after it finally worked, I received the coins ingame.
Bought that cool adventurer package, that gives you auto dismantling and identify for 15days..

Never received the item though! Had to file an error report,

Finally got the coins back after one week.

Tried again, got lucky, this time I received the item.

bought another 200 coins for one char, this time item purchase failed again..
bought yet another 200 coins, this time I havent even received the coins^^

So, I hope there will be a working solution for both Mythos Global and Mythos Russia soon..

But somehow I fear, there might never be.

Well, so thats it. spent ~25 dollars in total, never thought I ever would.

This has been for the past time with Mythos,

But I will not spend another dime until this gets sorted..


feeling stupid now. what a fool I am. ^^ well, on to other things..
